[dropcap]A[/dropcap]rchitecture paradigm started in the year 1996 by Manoj Ladhad, Sandeep J & Vimal Jain, believes that its most significant strength is the quality of its people. All members of the team are young, enthusiastic go-getters whose unbridled passion and instinct for design is tempered by real world experience. The team has an average experience of 9 years in design and project execution.

The underlying approach to architecture is driven by a sense of optimism that it is possible to create environments that makes a difference to lives of the people. This was the spirit in which we started this practice and believe in this more deeply today. We value our work through the pleasure of lives lived in our buildings. Architecture for us is not just about problem solving but also about transcending solutions, working with a sense of integrity we attempt to make built forms that lasts and also be loved.
